A tribe of Hobgoblins which works the gem mine in the Troll Fens close to Albarg . Their chief is Hrrtigor.
The city is on relatively good terms with the tribe, and they are allowed to trade within its walls on certain days of the month.
Hrrtigor has shown loyalty to Albarg when an attempt was made to entice him to collaborate by the His Grace Lama Schostral Penc of the Theocracy of the Pale .
10% of income from the gem mine is paid to Albarg.
