Capital city of the Theocracy of the Pale.
There is currently no ambassador for the Duchy of Tenh in Wintershiven, the last, Count Redspan, having left shortly prior to the magical border wall being erected. Sadly the Countess elected to temporarily stay behind, to deal with the closing of the embassy. She was subsequently tortured to death by the Mabahith, the Theocracy's secret police. The Count had a summer residence in Paltrave.
